Copies of the Parish Councils’ annual accounts are now available for the 2020-21 financial year.
Due to the COVID19 crisis, the Local Parish Council Elections have now been postponed until May 2021.
In the meantime, there are still a number of vacancies that the Parish Council can co-opt volunteers.
Who is eligible to stand?
If you are registered as a local government elector for the parish and over the last 12 months:
- You have occupied as owner or tenant any land or other premises in the parish.
- Your main or only place of work has been in the parish.
- You have lived or within three miles of the parish.
- You must also be a UK or Commonwealth citizen and be at least 18 years old.
If you would like to be considered for co-option then please get in touch with the Parish Clark or any council member.
The next Parish Council meeting will be on the 9th March 2020 at 19:30 in the lounge of the Geddington Village Hall. All welcome to attend, with a public session at the start for members of the public to raise any issues or concerns.
